Shipping Rates and Policies

• Standard shipping is a flat rate $10.00 per zero gravity lounge chair or gravity free recliner ordered.
• Warehouse processing time is 2-5 business days. 
• Most items normally leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days after you place your order. 
• Any exceptions will be stated in the description of the item. 
• Most packages will be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date. 
• If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified via email. 
• Large items and custom made items normally leave the warehouse within 1-10 business days. 
• In most cases we will also email you. Certain larger items that would require trucking services may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery

Return Policy

• You may return any product you are not satisfied with within 10 business days of purchase date.
• You will be responsible for shipping costs of the returned item.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
• Returned items must be in original packaging. Please contact us at support@zerogravitycomfort.com for return instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

All claims must be filed with the package carrier.
